Ingredients:
¼ Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Cup Water
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
½ Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 Beef Bouillon Cube
2-3 Teaspoons Sugar
2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 ½ pounds of Venison (Cut into strip ¼ inch thick)
2 Green Peppers
2 Tomatoes
Directions:
Heat oil on medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add venison, cook and turn frequently until browned. Stir in 1 cup of water, garlic salt, and onion into the skillet. Add green peppers and let simmer for 5-8 minutes. Mix together 1 cup of water, beef bouillon cube, sugar, cornstarch and sugar. Pour into skillet and stirring consistently until mixture thickens and boils. Cut the tomatoes into 8ths and place in the skillet. Cover and cook on low until tomatoes are heated through. Serve with rice.
